Important Information Regarding COVID-19

Dear patients and referring doctors of Victoria Oral Surgery,

As everyone is aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is a rapidly-evolving situation. The British Columbia Dental Association and College (BCDA & CDSBC) and the Minister of Health has just released a communique to all dental offices in the province of British Columbia recommending that dental/oral surgery offices close for all elective procedures immediately and remain closed until further notice.

In keeping with this recommendation, Victoria Oral Surgery will now be closed for all elective procedures, consultations, and routine follow-ups effective immediately. All appointments for this period are in the process of being cancelled and will be rescheduled when the BCDA & CDSBC suspension has been lifted.

We will continue to receive and process referrals for future appointments, though appointments may be delayed or rescheduled as the COVID -19 situation in British Columbia evolves.

As a referring office, if you believe you have an emergency that you wish to discuss, please call our on-call oral surgeon. If an emergency visit is deemed necessary, pre-screening over the phone will be required.

Walk-in visits will not be accepted.

We appreciate your continued support and patience during these unprecedented times.
