Meet Dr. Daryn Bikey
DMD, MSc, FRCD (C)
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Bikey is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in both Canada and the United States. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Bikey performed his surgery training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Toronto. In addition to his surgical training, he earned a MSc degree completed in the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Bikey obtained his DMD at the University of Saskatchewan. Following this he completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at the University of Toronto, which was based out of Mount Sinai Hospital. During the 1-year GPR, Dr. Bikey gained further knowledge and experience while working with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training program, the multi-disciplinary Craniofacial Pain Clinic, the Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities program and persons who are medically compromised.
He practices full scope contemporary Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His surgical interests are in the areas of dental implants, graft-less dental implant solutions, soft and hard tissue augmentation, extraction site preservation, wisdom teeth removal and dental extractions, and orthognathic and reconstructive surgery.
In his spare time Dr. Bikey enjoys running, cycling, hockey, and spending time with his family.
